Fish disappeared

I cleaned up the aquarium after four weeks on 2/4. I also changed the Nitrax green sponge in the filter. I didn’t have more Acidon so I didn’t apply it. I was applying the CO2 and the pH was correct so it was not necessary to add Acidon any longer.

Due to the daylight time change and longer day, I reprogrammed the TC420 unit to prolong the day from 12 to 14 hours. I also had to prolong the CO2 application period by two hours. I didn’t change the time of the unit because the noon still occurs at the same time.

On 17/4 I bought other fish in the Sklorex store in Brno – one Angelfish (Pterophyllum scalare) wild, because one like that died. Moreover, I bought three Bronze corydoras (Corydoras aeneus) because they died except for one. At home I put the fish into the quarantine aquarium.

For some reason, I found one of the corydoras dead after a few days. I measured the NO2 and I didn’t find out anything strange. Two remaining corydoras had swollen belly. I didn’t know if it was Dropsy or other disease. The angelfish looked fine, that’s why I moved it to the main aquarium on Friday. On Sunday, I didn’t find it at all. It can be seen on the video from Saturday. I didn’t find out how a fish of such a size can disappear without any traces. I left the corydoras in the quarantine aquarium and I applied the eSha 2000 treatment.

The cryptocoryne (Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Tropica') leaves started falling off. I don’t know if it was caused by having ceased applying the Acidon.
